German folk dance

This week in team 5 we were switching class's and room two were going to room one. In room one we were learning and doing a German folk dance called D'hammerschmiedsgselln. Some famous German folk dances originated from Austria. 

In a German dance each German dancer has a part, Boys smack, jump and girls twirl daintily and show their legs. Barn dances and Harvest dances were a place for boys and girls to meet future wives/ husbands and where older people came together to talk and catch up.

should we bring back extinct animals

Should we bring back animals like the Moa?

Do you think that animals like the Moa should be brought back to life? This essay is  about
bringing animals like they Moa back to life. Extinct animals should not be brought back to life
because they might be dangerous, we have to find somewhere for them to live and it is
expensive.

If we bring animals back to life if might be dangerous. They would be dangerous because some
animals might murder humans or might kill other animals and if they kill other animals we would
have nothing to eat. They could also damage our plants and trees. So if we do bring them back
to life they might destroy our earth.

It would be hard and expensive to find a home for them to live in and to find food for them to eat.
If we bring dinosaurs back to life it would be way too hard because we would have to buy an
expensive habitat and it would have to be big! We would also have to buy a lot of food to feed
them with.

People will be needing peace  to start doing things at night like sleeping but there would be
too much noise, because bring extinct animals back but they are very loud that could affect the
people around the world.

Bring back animals for life might not be a good idea so some of these information will help you
about not bringing animals back, it might not be safe for the environment for dangerous animals
wandering around.

Princess Diana is a very kind hearted Lady. Princess Diana spent most of her time and effort to bring attention to the different charities. She would often visit sick children or abused women. She made the best quotes about Kindness. Here is an example of her quote “carry out a random act of kindness with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you”. So overall Diana was a really kind person.

Unfortunately, Princess Diana passed away on August 31, 1997. She had a really unfortunate death by a car crash after being chased by paparazzi ( people who take pictures of famous celebrities).

School Holidays

School Holidays

This week we are writing about the holidays. About do we want longer or shorter school holidays.
My writing will explain some things about the school holidays that a lot of people agree on.

We need to have a break because we need to spend time with our friends and family. For example
having a holiday sets our minds so that when it comes to our school days we have a good amount of
energy everyday. So this is why we need to have a school holiday.

We need longer school holidays because 2 weeks is not enough. I would prefer 5 weeks of school
and 5 weeks of school holidays. It will make us feel energised every time we start school.

Having school holidays is just having days of school but in the holidays we still learn things. For
example when we go to different countries or places we learn something new about the people from
there and people living there. So I think that in the school holidays we do learn.

This information will help you to have some knowledge about the school holidays. This will give you
some ideas of what we think of the school holidays. I hope you got some idea of the school holidays.

Today in team 5 there was a lady call Jannah she came because to come to talk to us about Attitude first she talked about our friendship the friendship she first talked about was girl and girl friendship she said that girls talk more than boys girls say 12000 words a day and that girls take their friendship seriously.

Then Jannah talked about the boys she said that the boys don't talk a lot they only say 6000 words per day and that they do not take their friendship seriously because they don't care about each other they just say that they are friends but not best friends course they don't really care about best friends.

After Jannah said things you should not do they are mean humour mean to don't be mean to others because they did not do anything to you and don't be mean and don't talk about anyone when they are not there course it bad the next one was backstabbing means to don't back stab other people when they are not there because when your not there then other people might back stab you. Introduction : Do you know how to be a good leader then this
is the writing you need to read. How to be a leader is to help
other people and also to be a leader you need to show the way
for others and also you have to show loyalty to other people
so they can show loyalty back.

Body Paragraph 1: What is a leader? A leader is a person
that helps other people when they are in need. A leader is also
a person that helps people with their work at school and also a
leader is also a leader to their school. Also a leader has to be
honest to others.

to others and to people that are older than you. Also a leader
has to be respectful because when little kids look at you being
